Mr Bean decides to give his car a flashy makeover after his romantic rival, Declan, starts showing off his own vehicle. Determined to win the affection of the woman they both admire, Bean adds ridiculous accessories and over-the-top modifications to prove his car is superior. Despite his best efforts, the upgrades backfire in spectacular fashion, leaving Bean humiliated and his beloved Mini in a worse state than before.
