Tiger in the Smoke

Overview

During the war, a young officer dies during a mission to assassinate a German general at his grandmother's former home. Just before his death, he hints at a hidden treasure there. Years later, the surviving members of the unit live together as a street band in a cellar. The last of them, selected for his cold-blooded killing ability, breaks out of prison in a violent spree. Fixated on the treasure, he forces the group back to France to retrieve it.
