Mad Season: Live at the Moore
Overview
At Seattle’s Moore Theater, Mad Season—a supergroup made up of musicians from Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, and Screaming Trees—delivers a live concert. Formed in 1994, they released just one album, *Above*, famous for "River of Deceit." By 1996, conflicting schedules and Layne Staley's substance abuse put them on indefinite hiatus. Attempts to revive the band later in the decade without Staley fell apart after bassist John Baker Saunders died in 1999.
